Jane Klingberg, LPC

What happens in a counseling session with Jane? You will be given a chance to tell your story, both the good and bad, in a confidential, judgment-free setting. And, then you can start the processing of healing and building a better quality of life using a variety of activities and therapeutic conversations. The types of counseling Jane uses are: Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy techniques, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and trauma healing exercises.

Jane has over 20 years of experience as a counselor and college professor.  Her focus is on helping tweens, teens, and adults of all ages overcome the many obstacles in life, including:

  • Anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Autism, and Borderline Personality Disorder

  • Relationship issues
